Our Hot 90 classes are 90 minute exploration of a deeper level of yoga practice. This mixed level class is where you will dig into your knees, ankles, shoulders and wrists. Peel away years of wear and tear and confront the limitations in your body which causes you pain. Become strong with Sun Salutations, Lunging and arm balances. Look at the world in a different way as you begin to get upside down with inversion practice.
Our Beginner classes are just start, the Hot 90 classes is the road to the person you were meant to be.
Sundays at 4:30 pm-6pm
This is an intermediate level class. We require attendance of least 20 of our beginning yoga classes regardless of yoga experience, before attending a Hot 90 class(no exceptions).
