None of this is on my coupon!

All of our policies are labeled either in the fine print or on the merchant policies area. In same cases, some companies have a standard fine which does not show up on the coupon that you agree to when you sign up with them. In our Fall living social deal the company did neglect to print some of our standard policies. They issued a update to your email address in January.

Why are you so strict about your policies, you are a yoga studio!

After doing many of these deals, we have found that we must be strict about our policies. Bending the rules has always not turned out well for either the customer or us. This is case a few bad apples spoiling a bunch. So we are now strict. Sorry.
