Yup This is Going to be WAY different then you are used to.
Unlike the fitness sales guy at the gym who is going sit you down, tell you how great our program is and we you NEED us (don’t you hate those guys?), I am going to be honest and give you some truths that I have learned after 18 years of changing my clients bodies from rank beginners and/or being wracked with chronic pain to becoming radiant people that now live bountiful lives.
As we embark on this small journey together, know that the way your change will happen is going to require you to things WAY different then you have done with a yoga practice in the past.
Just “Doing a some Yoga” Is not enough!
If you are a yoga beginner or someone with a injury to create change in your body a commitment of 3-5 times a week is required.
Yoga is cumulative. Regular practice will strip away your barriers and open yourself up to the change you came to yoga for. Make a commitment and investment in yourself to do the work for 3-6 months to begin.
At first you will sleep better, then your body will start to lose inches and eventually your health will become radiant and your mind will require you to maintain a practice to operate at the highest level possible.
After regular sustained practice you will:
- Sleep better
- Enjoy improved digestion
- See your body begin to reshape
- Increase your flexibility
- Increase sex drive
- Greatly reduce stress
- Ease chronic pain
Getting all of the above is just the tip of what a regular practice will do for you.
Yup, it’s gonna take some work and it is going to be journey.
Honesty time. Yoga is a process.
Many of my clients come with some serious issues.Health problems, bad back, sedate lifestyles, taxing personal relationships, extreme job stress.
No joke, we literally get people when they have almost lost hope. When they commit to the process, they get better.
But… the road is bumpy. There are always peaks and valleys. Things usually get very real after 5 weeks. There is major discomfort.
That’s why we are here, to guide you through it. To help you stand up when you fall, to hold you accountable when you want to quit. To push you when you need it.
It’s the reason why when you read our testimonial page, so many of our clients have gotten change in their lives and why we have a community of people that have been coming to our classes for consistently for nearly 2 decades.
Before you enroll, be aware working with us is NOT for everyone.

We are for sure not for everyone.
If you are intermediate or advanced yoga practitioner our classes are NOT for you. We specialize in beginners and those with chronic injuries and try to create a rare space in which they can thrive so if you have a more then beginner practice this is not a program that is one for you.
If you can not commit to at least 90 days of personal investment in your health then our classes are not for you. Our programs are designed for those that really want and need to find change. It will take at least 90 days of focused sustained effort. Consistency is required and once a week is not enough.
This program is also not for those made of sugar. You will be at some point during our program where shit gets real. Everyone in our programs eventually faces the real reasons of why they come to us. That means emotional issues will arise.That process for most is not easy.
We will be there for you when it happens and you have to be able to face those limitations to move beyond them.
Are easily offended. Sorry, but this one really because we curse during class on occasion. 😉
