The New Year is here, it is perfect time to commit to keeping healthy. Now is the time when your schedule and life get back to normal and you set your intention for the year. Commit to yourself to remaining healthy and stress free.

Sign up for the 30 day Yoga Challenge. Put down how many classes you want to complete and get to work! We also have a “wall of intention” where you can put up a personal yoga goal. By putting up both you let us know what you need and we will give the attention you need to attain both!
